Monday 26 March will be our last indoor Soccer School session and after a short Easter break we will move back outdoors for our ‘warm weather’ (?) training, probably at Ladybridge Sports in Cheadle Hulme.
The great news is that we aren’t restricted on times like we are indoors so there will be an earlier start time (to be confirmed, but around 6.30), and that means the younger ones will be raring to rejoin us.
If your child is in school years Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details and so we can keep you up to date of the new arrangements.
The children in Year 1 will form our U7 teams next season and will remain within the Soccer School environment. We are also speaking to other like minded clubs to arrange friendlies over Spring and Summer to give the children their first taste of match play.
The children in Year 2 will be part of the Soccer School until July and then will break away to form our U8 teams. We currently have 1 team in Soccer School who have had a terrific season, but we always welcome new players and will try and form teams with your help so they can participate in fun weekly training and weekend matches.
Join now and you can even join in the fun at the club’s presentation day in early May.
All of our coaches work in primary schools already and are ideal for this young environment ensuring the children’s welfare is at the forefront of their mind whilst they have fun and learn at the same time.
Please share so we can continue to offer football for everybody that wants to be involved. We do not do trials – we are set up to provide football, and if your child wants to play football we will do all we can to provide it.
In the last 4 years we have formed 16 teams from our Soccer School and we hope to continue this trend as move into the 2018-19 season.
